Some days prayer comes easily. Other days it is one honest sentence, a deep sigh, or a question you are not ready to answer. Neither is proof that you are falling behind.
Faith can offer language for gratitude while also making room for grief. You do not need to edit yourself into someone who never struggles.
When your story feels unfinished, consider what compassion might look like right now. You can pray, rest, ask for help, or simply allow this moment to be what it is.
Your next step does not need to solve every uncertainty. It can be a small choice made with dignity and care.
Honesty belongs in a meaningful life of faith.
Carry this with you.
Write one sentence beginning, 'Today I need...' and let it be enough.
Room for faith.
Read Psalm 13 and notice how honest questions and trust coexist in its language.
What if this is your beginning?
